Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms of Use or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to nova-agent in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nova-agent and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform, other users, or nova-agent.
